Ordering & Delivery
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: We sure do! If you place your order before 1pm, we’ll whisk your flowers out the door the very same day if its within Te Kuiti. If it’s a little later, just give us a ring—we’ll always try our best to make it happen.
Q: Do you deliver outside of Te Kuiti?
A: Yes! We deliver locally every week day and can often arrange wider deliveries with our trusted couriers. Pop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead?
A: Absolutely. Just choose “Pick Up” at checkout and we’ll have your blooms all wrapped and ready to go when you arrive. Please let us know in the notes section when you would like to pick up.
Customising Your Flowers
Q: Can I request certain flowers in my bouquet?
A: We’d love to include your favourites! Sometimes seasonal availability means we may need to make a swap, but we’ll always choose the best possible substitutes that keep your florals looking gorgeous.
Q: What if I don’t know what to choose?
A: That’s where we shine! Just tell us the occasion, your budget, and a little bit about the person, and we’ll create something beautiful and unique just for them.

A: We keep things simple—you can pay online with your credit/debit card, bank transfer, or in store with cash or eftpos.
Q: Can I give you a budget to work with?
A: Of course! Just let us know what you’d like to spend, and we’ll create something beautiful that fits perfectly within it.
Delivery & Flower Care
Q: What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
A: Don’t worry—we’ll find a safe, shady spot to leave the flowers, or with a friendly neighbour if possible. If that’s not an option, we’ll be in touch to arrange another delivery time.
Q: How do I keep my flowers fresh for longer?
A: Trim the stems every few days, pop them into fresh water, and keep them out of direct heat or sunlight. A little love goes a long way!
Q: Do you include care instructions?
A: Yes, every bunch goes out with easy tips to help your blooms stay happy for as long as possible.

A: Absolutely—all of our flowers come with a complimentary card, so you can add a personal note to make your gift extra special.
Q: Do you use locally sourced or sustainable flowers?
A: Whenever we can, we choose local and NZ growers for all our flowers and greenery.
